My Small Batch Creamed honey is made from honey extracted from my hives in middle Tennessee. It is the same golden liquid honey from my hives that have undergone a specific crystallization processing technique. Time, temperature and conditioning are carefully controlled to promote the formation of micro-crystals, which provide the creamed honey with its characteristic consistency.
